What we collect
Pickorum uses your signed-in account identifier and display name to operate your profile. We also store your chosen username, coin balance and history, polls, uploaded images, votes, optional feedback, reports, stars, category expertise, and basic poll-view counts.
What other people see
Poll creators see the limited voter profile connected to feedback: username unless the feedback is anonymous, total stars, and strongest expertise area. Anonymous feedback hides the username but keeps those limited statistics visible. Full profiles are not publicly browsable.
How data is used
Data is used to run the feed, prevent repeat voting and abuse, calculate results and expertise, maintain wallets, show creator analytics, send in-app notifications, answer support requests, and review reports. Pickorum does not sell personal information.
Storage and deletion
A poll leaves the public voting feed when voting ends. Its creator can privately review the poll, pictures, results, and feedback for 24 more hours. After that review period, the poll record, uploaded pictures, results, and feedback are permanently deleted. Unattached image uploads expire after two hours. Earned stars, coins, and profile expertise remain as account progress until the account is deleted.
Your controls
Account settings let you change your username, control in-app notifications, download the account data still held by Pickorum, sign out, or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes your polls and uploaded images, feedback, wallet history, stars, expertise and other account records.
Safety and aggregate analytics
Founder-only tools show reports, support requests, suspicious star activity and service-health checks. Pickorum keeps daily totals such as signups, polls, votes, coins and reports to understand whether the beta works. Those totals do not contain poll text, images, feedback, usernames, or voter identities.

This is a public beta privacy draft. The support form is the current privacy contact route. Business identity and any additional region-specific rights process must be completed before real payments or a broader commercial launch.
